    Hello everyone, I'm Sérgio. I'm 44 years old, by profession I'm a Security Guard at the Lagos Public Hospital. I started the 10-day challenge in August 2020, that is, just over 3 years ago, where at the time I weighed practically 100 kg. I had constipation problems, I got tired easily, as I live on a 3rd floor without an elevator, and when I arrived at the apartment I was always tired.
